RMA FORM

Do not use this form for transport issues.
Once submitted, we will provide you with the RMA number and you can proceed with the shipment with shipping costs covered by the distributor.
Make sure that the RMA number is VISIBLE on the outside of the shipment.
If the machine is under warranty, it will be returned with shipping costs covered by Eutron.
Labor will always be charged, regardless of whether there is a warranty or not; please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
