By placing an order with EUTRON you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of purchase. Shipment of your order is subject to acceptance of your order by EUTRON.
Your use of the site is entirely conditional upon your understanding of the Terms of Use. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, but you will always find the most recent version here.
These terms and conditions, together with your Order Confirmation, constitute the Contract between our company and you and constitute your acceptance of the conditions of purchase. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
This website and all rights to its content, images, text and design are the property of EUTRON.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and in EUROS. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Unless explicitly authorised by EUTRON, you may not reproduce, transmit or exploit the content of this website in any way.
How to buy from Eutron
To shop at EUTRON you need to register as a customer (registered user) and log in with a username and password. Once you have registered, you will have to wait for our team to approve your request, only professionals in the sector will be allowed to buy.
Once we have approved your account, you will be able to log in with your details and select the products you want. Each product is followed by a shopping cart icon. By clicking on it you will add that product to your shopping cart. Select the product and choose the number of units.
After you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you must enter your billing and shipping information on our form. In case the billing and shipping address are not the same, please let us know.
The manufactured products have a different delivery time and will be reflected in the product description in an approximate way.
Once you have completed these steps, you can proceed to pay for your purchase by clicking on "Confirm Order". You will then be connected to the payment platform of your choice, where you will be asked to fill in the details requested. Once you have done this you will be redirected directly to EUTRON.
After you have successfully completed your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. Once the delivery period has passed, you will receive your order at the address indicated. The customer is obliged to check the content of the order on receipt and, in the event that it is not correct, must make the corresponding complaint within a maximum period of 24 hours to EUTRON, as outside this period EUTRON will not be held responsible for any errors made.
Return or shipment of material always with RMA
Mass returns of machinery will not be accepted, such as in cases of inventory adjustments or warehouse changes.
No product will be allowed to be returned one month after its purchase.
The return of material will not be accepted unless expressly authorised by EUTRON Management. If the return is accepted, it must be sent unused and in perfect condition, with its original packaging, documentation, original accessories and RMA number number visible on the outside of the shipment. All possible expenses generated by the return, including postage, will be paid by the customer. Returns of used or manipulated material will not be accepted.
The amount of payment of the return will be at the expense of the state of the material received, being able to be produced devaluations by damaged packing, material in bad state, used equipment, expenses of reestocaje and general verification of the state of the machine, the amount to pay in no case will be in money, but in material without charge.
All article returns carry a devaluation of 20% when returning the product to our stock, being clear that the product must be unopened.
The minimum cost per return (regardless of the amount of the sale) is 50.00€ as depreciation of the sale value to the distributor, taxes not included.
If the product arrives at our facilities open or manipulated in any way, it must be reviewed by our technical service. This review will involve a cost that will be billed as labour according to our SAT rate.
The distributor at the time of purchase accepts that the above considerations are subject to the state in which the product arrives at our facilities, reserving the right to cancel the requested return.

As soon as the company verifies that all the above-mentioned conditions have been met, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.
In the event that your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, the company will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All costs incurred for this return, including the transport of these items, customs duties or taxes will be borne by you.
Warranties
The products in our catalogue are designed for industrial or professional use only, and are intended to be part of a process of production, transformation, sale or service to third parties. For this reason, the "Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios" (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) does not apply.
The warranty does not cover lighting or glass when the equipment is equipped with these elements. Possible damage due to transport or incorrect installation or maintenance will not be considered valid grounds for the application of the warranty.
Eutron guarantees its professional distributors against manufacturing defects in its products for a period of twelve months from the date of issue of the invoice.
This warranty covers defective parts and under no circumstances the replacement of the product.
Under no circumstances does Eutron cover labour or travel to the place of the incident, which are entirely at the distributor's expense.
The installation and commissioning of any equipment supplied by Eutron, as well as the repair or technical assistance during the warranty period, must be carried out by a qualified professional installer.
Eutron may carry out repairs to equipment under warranty at the request of the installer purchasing the equipment, either at Eutron's premises or at the location of the appliance, with all shipping, travel and labour costs being the responsibility of the distributor reporting the incident.
All warranty claims must include the serial number of the machine, invoice number and photos to verify the parts and the general condition of the machine.
Glasses, batteries, consumables, electrical resistances and lighting equipment are not included in these guarantees.
The commissioning and subsequent maintenance of the equipment is the responsibility of the distributor.
Eutron is not responsible for any damage to persons or things resulting from the misuse of the equipment.
Very important about the spare parts requested under warranty:
- They will always be sent to the distributor upon payment of the amount by advance transfer.
- The distributor will return the defective spare parts, carriage paid, within a period not exceeding 15 days.
- After these 15 days, the distributor waives the payment of the same.
- The spare parts received must not be broken or manipulated and must allow Eutron to check them.
- Once the spare parts have been received, Eutron will check and pay if it is a real manufacturing fault of the spare part.
- The amount to be paid will never be in money, but in material free of charge.
- Eutron does not send spare parts under warranty to the end customer.
Conditions of access and use of the website
The User undertakes to make diligent use of the Website and the services accessible from this Website, in full compliance with the Law, good customs and these Conditions and, where appropriate, conditions of use of the services, as well as maintaining due respect for other users. The User will renounce the use of any of the materials and information contained in this Web Site for illicit purposes expressly prohibited in these Conditions, as well as the conditions of the services that may be provided, which are contrary to the rights and interests of EUTRON and/or third parties, and will be liable to them in the event of contravening or failing to comply with these obligations and/or acting in any way (including the introduction or dissemination of "computer viruses"), which damages, renders useless, overloads, deteriorates or prevents the normal use of the materials and information contained on the Website, the information systems or the documents, files and all types of content stored in any computer equipment belonging to EUTRON or any User of the Website.
Exclusion of liability
EUTRON is not responsible for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, as well as errors or omissions in the information and services contained in this Web Site or other content that can be accessed through it, nor does it assume any duty or commitment to verify or monitor its content and information. EUTRON does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the functioning of the Web Site and consequently excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by current legislation, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the functioning of the Web Site and the services provided therein, as well as errors in access to the different web pages or those from which, where appropriate, such services are provided. Orders will be confirmed by e-mail and/or telephone.
EUTRON sends its orders by a transport agency. You will be informed of the shipping costs at the time you place your order. The usual delivery time, unless otherwise specified, is 48 hours from the time your order leaves our warehouse. The time that elapses from the time you place your order until it leaves our warehouses varies. Orders are normally dispatched the day after they are received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that shipments are dispatched in the early afternoon, so orders received after midday are dispatched the following day as long as the product is indicated as available on our website. For custom orders or orders in excess of the existing quantities of discontinued parts and remaining series, production and delivery times will be resolved at the time of ordering. The delivery time of your order will depend on the shipping method, the availability of your order and where you want it to be shipped to. On bespoke workshop furniture there is a waiting list of 10 working days after initial payment to confirm the order.
Offers valid except for typographical errors or stock out of stock.
The products we offer have immediate availability for a limited number of units to meet the expected demand, in case of not agreeing to a delivery time longer than usual that we offer or not satisfy the option to exchange an item for another of equal or greater value to a possible breakage of stock, we would proceed to pay your payment by bank transfer - refund on your card. Despite our efforts to avoid errors in details, technical data or prices, incorrect data may exist: we apologise for this and reserve our right to refuse to supply a product if such circumstances occur.
Versions or colours
The product images that appear on the Web are standard and do not have to correspond exactly in colour with the one we serve you. If you have a preference for a specific colour, please indicate it in the order comments and make a prior confirmation of the availability of the material in that colour by calling +34 954519888.
